However, my experience was that while the automated patches generated by both of these tools work well for merging things like leveled lists, they don't work as well for more complex merges, like an NPC where you want to pull appearance from one mod and AI packages from another. I'm not an expert in how Wyre Bash works, in fact I personally have preferred to create patches using TES4Edit because I can see what its merging more clearly, and make corrections manually if necessary. Good question - I tried using Wyre Bash, but it didn't seem to work correctly for me. Question: Wouldn't the use of a bash tag solve this issue - that is, if OCO is tagged with the correct bash tags, the bashed patch will carry over the OCO facial features and other mods should not conflict.
